  • Microsoft Clarity — for behavioural analytics
  • Vercel Analytics — for performance monitoring

Scheduling

  • Calendly — for booking consultations

Project management

  • ClickUp — for tracking enquiries internally

Hosting

  • Railway — for hosting the website

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share data if required by law, court order, or legitimate legal process.

7. International data transfers

BrainFeed is based in India. Our clients and many of our visitors are in Australia and the United States. The services we use to operate (analytics, email, hosting, scheduling) are based in the United States, India, and other jurisdictions.

This means your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States, India, and others. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected wherever it is processed, including:
